Q. How do shop on the site?
To place your order :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products that you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add on other products into your cart or click “Checkout” to proceed for payment of the chosen products.
  3. You will reach a log in page where you have to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you have to register an account before you could proceed for payment.
  4. You will have to confirm your shipping/ delivery address on the “Shipping/Delivery Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you will have to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, you have to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and conditions.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

 

Q. What are the payment methods available?
We offers various type of Payment Methods as shown as follow:-

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.


Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at hello@inspireshome.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.


Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?

Delivery usually will take about 3 to 5 working days. However, if you have any additional requirement/special request on delivery , please contact us and we are more than happy to discuss the available options. 

There are 2 delivery slots available in a day: 11a.m. or 3:30p.m. Customers are encouraged to indicate the preference delivery slot you want in advance.

Q. Where do we deliver?

For building materials, we deliver anywhere within Klang Valley. First 5KM radius are free of charge* (to meet minimum order criteria), 5KM-15KM radius will be charged at flat rate (RM65- refer check out for accuracy). Delivery charges for anywhere beyond 15KM radius will need to be quoted and confirmed by our customer team. Please get in contact with us to confirm your delivery charges prior to proceeding order and payment.

For small parcel less than 1kg , we deliver within Malaysia Peninsular. with a flat rate charge of approx. RM12. Please get in contact with us to confirm your delivery charges prior to proceeding order and payment.

 

Q. When can you self-pick up?

Self-pick up is free-of-charge.

Self-pick up hours are between 9am-1130am and 130pm-4pm from Monday to Friday. Customers are required to provide at least two hours in advance notice for pick up arrangement via whatsapp or phone call. Any other pick up time will need to be pre-arranged and pre-approved by customer team. Refer contact us page for contact details.
